They can send a man to the moon, but they do not have service throughout the building and can’t build a decent reservation app!! I will be deleting this app and hope if I ever have to download it again, they have vastly improve it. Then, I received ANOTHER notification that the 2nd reservation was cancelled!! This time I took it to the customer service desk and was told by employees that the app is always doing that if they have a lot of people trying to use it at the same time and just had to wait in line for our number to be called and it would be okay. Seriously? So tried to make another reservation and had NO service on my phone! After several attempts I was able to make ANOTHER reservation and had over 2 hour wait this time. Then received notice that reservation had been cancelled. Was informed by app it would be approximate hour wait. Made tram reservations for 6 per directions.
